Align-Pilates C8-Pro Pilates Reformer with Half Cadillac

The ultimate C-Series Reformer, the C8-Pro has an 8 PU wheel carriage system for the lowest maintenance and quietest ride possible, along with an oversized aluminum profile and foot bar. The C8-Pro, like all commercial Reformers made by Align-Pilates, has our patent-pending Rapid Change (RC) spring bar, which allows for the fastest and easiest adjustment available.
The number and kind of wheels are the primary factors that influence the ride characteristics of a Reformer, which is why many Pilates professionals choose it. The machine’s noise level, cross-loading capacity, resistance of the carriage, and amount of maintenance needed for peak performance are all influenced by the quantity and quality of its wheels. The eight “roller blade style” wheels on the C8-Pro are intended to provide a slightly more ice-glide ride than the four harder nylon wheels used in a four-wheel system, such as on the C2-Pro RC, where the wheels run in a matched aluminum profile. The C8-Pro is designed to provide a quieter, softer ride with a little more rolling resistance. Which is better depends on the user or users’ preferences, but for many, this will be a major factor in deciding which machine they purchase. It’s likely that many will favor the ride style that they are more accustomed to or trained on!
The ease and speed of adjusting your Reformer can be drastically changed by the C8-Pro’s Rapid Change spring bar, which is especially useful for those who teach group classes (this is an area where the C8-Pro truly shines). Unlike most standard spring bars, the spring bar can be easily adjusted with the springs attached, one hand, and one action—saving up to 12 extra actions!
The C8-Pro Pilates Reformer, Half Cadillac Frame & Brackets, Leg Extensions, Mattress Converter, Platform Extender, and reformer accessories are all included with this version of the reformer. You only need a Frame Sitting Box and a 60-inch Maple Gondola Pole to complete the Pilates Reformer & Half Cadillac combo. Compared to typical chromed steel frames, the full stainless steel upper frame is superior and guarantees a long, corrosion-free life. The C8-Pro can accommodate users up to 145 cm – 193 cm (4’10” – 6’4″), with a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
